The best chicken soup in the world

This is the best chicken soup! I brought the recipes from my grandmother to our mother at home, which is delicious! I don't lie, it's not easy to make, but believe me, it's worth it.

I recommend that you follow the exact instructions for best results.

Before we get started, there are some things to focus on:

1] Chicken must be fresh and free of any unnecessary fat and skin.

2] If you use mineral water for cooking, it is the best, pure and clean.

3] Cooking is slow. You should not let the water boil, just soak a little.

Ingredients:

Whole chicken

 Weighs about 3 kg [6.5 lbs]

• 0.5 kg [1 lb] from

Chicken wings

• 5 liters of minerals from

water

• 0.5 kg [1 lb] cleaning and cutting from

carrot

 . Leaves should be soaked in hot water for about 1 minute

• 1 slice of dried bay leaf [or 2 fresh leaves]

Black pepper

Jewish salt

Dill

instruction:

1] Put the chicken with wings in a large pot. Add black pepper and salt. Cover the chicken with water [you don't have to use all the water, as long as the male ensures that the water covers the whole chicken].

2] Slowly boil the pan on a medium heat.

3] When the water begins to boil, minimize the fire and remove any foam [white foam floating on the water]. Do not stop until the water is clear again.

4] Once the water is clear, add ingredients other than lettuce and dill. Once everything is added add heat to the medium fire and let it boil. Once again, when this happens, the fire is minimized.

5] Let it boil under low heat. Once it starts to boil, add lettuce leaves on top of the soup to prevent evaporation and overheating.

6] Cover the pot but leave a narrow opening. Continue cooking for about 4 hours.

7] After the soup is ready, filter. You can throw away the vegetables. Separate the chicken from the bones and throw away the bones.

8] Now, you can cut the chicken into cubes, add a spoonful or two pieces of meat to the chopped dill, and then pour the soup on it.
