Say no to contraceptives

Although contraceptives are indeed effective in preventing unwanted pregnancies, the risks are far greater than your benefits in terms of your health. If you are currently using any type of contraceptive [pill, pill, patch, etc.], I cannot strongly urge you to stop using them immediately. There are many other safer ways to prevent pregnancy.

Many women may also be taking birth control pills to relieve painful or irregular periods of pain. However, the contraceptives do not solve the problem and can even solve the problem.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, MD, MD, explains that "the time of cramps or pain and irregularities is often due to progesterone deficiency and excess estrogen." Therefore, the use of estrogen contraceptives alone – now the most commonly used on the market Prescription drugs - often complicate matters. This is why some women suffer from side effects caused by intolerable estrogen when taking birth control pills, such as:

- weight gain
from

  - mood swings
from

  - Breast pain

What is wrong with the pill?

Contraceptives, patches and injections can promote a sustained increase in estrogen levels in women, which is both natural and safe. "A woman's natural circulation consists of a rise and fall in the levels of estrogen and estrogen.
from

Progesterone. The effect of the birth control pill is to keep estrogen at a high enough level to fool the body into thinking that it is pregnant, so that pregnancy can no longer occur," Dr. Dane reminded us.

Increased risk of breast cancer
from

Increased risk of blood clotting, heart attack and stroke
from

  Migraine
from

  Gallbladder disease
from

  High blood pressure
from

  Weight gain
from

  Changed mood
from

  Nausea, irregular bleeding or spots
from

  Benign liver tumor
from

  Breast pain

Most people don't know that in order for the body to metabolize pills, the liver needs extra B-vitamins, vitamins C, magnesium and zinc. This means that if a woman takes it for many years [as most American women do], she will cause nutritional deficiencies in her body - one of two causes of all diseases [the other is toxicity].

Pill and yeast overgrowth

Although yeast [Candida albicans] usually resides in the digestive tract, common lifestyle choices such as the use of birth control pills, antibiotics, refined cereals and sugar diets, and high stress levels often lead to overgrowth of Candida.
from

Toxins from yeast overgrowth can cause many other problems in the body, presenting itself in a variety of ways far beyond common vaginal infections. Migraine, infertility, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, psoriasis, premenstrual syndrome, depression and digestive disorders are all associated with excessive yeast growth. The evidence clearly shows that when you resolve yeast overgrowth, the symptoms will improve or subside. Yeast overgrowth is closely related to the advantages of estrogen in women.

Increased cancer risk

The National Cancer Institute tells us that the risk of breast cancer in the general public is one in eight.
from

But a study by Chris Kahlenborn, MD, of the Altoona Hospital in Altoona, Pa., showed that "the risk of breast cancer increased by 44% in women who took oral contraception before giving birth to their first child."
from

This will make your breast cancer risk astonishing as high as 1. Kahlenborn said: "There are extraordinary vested interests here - pharmaceutical companies with large amounts of money, and government agencies provide a lot of money for contraception."

Alternative

There are many safe and effective contraceptives to consider:

Male condom: The effective rate is 98%, which is as effective as pills.

Female condoms: Although most people are not familiar with these condoms, the effectiveness of female condoms is 95% and is not as good as male condoms. It consists of a small pouch that fits inside the vagina before sexual intercourse.

Diaphragm: These must be installed by a doctor and have an effective rate of 92-98% in preventing pregnancy. They are thin, soft rubber mounted on the ring that is inserted into the upper part of the vagina to cover the cervix and act as a barrier to sperm.

Cervical Cap: This is a heavy-duty rubber cap that fits snugly against the cervix. It must be placed in place by the doctor for 48 hours. These effective rates are 91%.

Natural Family Planning / Fertility Awareness: A good way for women to track the natural cycle, determine fertility time, treat premenstrual symptoms and assess the effects of stress.

Calendar method: sexual life pardon during female ovulation. This technique works best when women's menstrual cycles are very regular. The calendar method does not work well for couples who use it alone [approximately 75% success rate], but it can be effective when combined with the temperature and mucus methods described below.

Temperature method: This is a method of determining the date of ovulation so that you can avoid sex in the days before and after. It includes measuring the basal body temperature [the body temperature when you wake up for the first time] with an accurate "basic" thermometer every morning, and paying attention to the temperature rise after ovulation. Insufficient illness or lack of sleep can change body temperature and make the method itself unreliable, but when used in conjunction with a mucus method, it can be an accurate way to assess fertility. The combined success rate of these two methods can be as high as 98%.

Mucus method: This involves tracking changes in the amount and texture of vaginal secretions, which reflects an increase in estrogen levels in the body. In the first few days after your time, there is usually no discharge, but when estrogen begins to rise, there will be turbid, sticky mucus. When the discharge begins to increase in volume and becomes clear and viscous, ovulation is nearby. Back to sticky, turbid mucus or no discharge means that ovulation has passed.

Bottom line

The risk of unnaturally changing the level of estrogen in women is too great to be ignored. The estrogen advantage and nutrient deficiencies produced by birth control pills cause many health problems, which can be done before using safer, more natural methods of contraception or addressing the causes of irregular periods and paralysis.
