Private medical insurance

I work as an optometrist in the busy glasses retail industry. I tested an elderly gentleman who had been involved in cataract surgery six months ago. He finally succeeded in cataract surgery two weeks ago. His last check was yesterday, he had to wait three hours to finally see him. Seeing his ophthalmologist telling him to take glasses, he will see him again within 12 months. I was with this patient 5 minutes before I realized that something went wrong. He couldn't see the eyes that removed the cataract and saw the retina show bleeding in the macular area, which should have been picked up yesterday.

I have a lot of cases like this, because the NHS has been stretched to poor quality services and standards, which will be described as similar to the standards of the dark ages. If the patient has been privatized, the ophthalmologist will spend the high quality time and effort he did not receive from the NHS. This is my experience in the field of optics for more than 13 years.

I let you decide what service standards you should choose. I would rather open an account and deposit money into future medical expenses, rather than being recognized in the NHS joke. Another option is to take out private health care until you experience the difference in the services provided by the consultant, and inexperienced thinkers can understand the differences.
