Popcorn dialogue

Sometimes I dream of a deep dream. It seems that I am going back to the past. These dreams transcend the normal state of dreams and enter a subconscious stage. All my senses are activated. Tonight is one of the places I have always dreamed of. I returned to a special place in time. This is a moment that I cherish in my heart... Popcorn talk.

There, I sat at the table, holding my yellow homemade popcorn bowl [the one from the pot on the stove] and sitting across the room from my father. In these philosophical moments, I was fortunate enough to receive the fullest attention of one of the greatest people of all time. You see some people talking about their conversations with Andrew Carnegie, US President Dr. Martin Luther King or famous celebrities. For me, I have some great things, because since talking to these great people, very few people will say that he is loved, because only the father will love a son.

The nature of the popcorn conversation is very serious. These conversations are not about world affairs or military strategy, but focus on more important topics, such as why my brother has been hitting me, big words, how my primary school, and most importantly, who is God. These are the moments when I can ask anything without reservation, and I repeatedly ask "why" is welcome. These are the moments when I know more about life and being a man than ever before. These are the moments I cherish and happily wait for the opportunity to use these timeless templates for future children.

The importance of the popcorn conversation began with a simple gesture of a father who shared food with his little boy at 2 am in the morning. This is a sacred moment. A kind person understands that it is wrong to work hard all day, instead of seizing the opportunity to talk to his son. He did not tell his son to go back to sleep, but welcomed the opportunity to listen. This expression of love makes these moments personal and memorable. There was no conversation on some nights, and my father and son watched the movie together. But some nights shed tears and comfort, and sometimes even need to guide the redirection, but in love.

The dream tonight made me return to the popcorn conversation. But this time I feel that I am not talking on the table, but thank God, I have a father who loves me. A person who loves me even has a popcorn conversation when I go home today. I am honored to have such a great father [and mother] to talk to his son and always have a sentence that means so much. A father not only talks about the love of Christ, but also lives and displays it.

I am writing this article to commemorate the fathers who have had a popcorn conversation with their children. For those who listen and just express love there. A bag of popcorn costs $2 for an hour, but the investment lasts a lifetime and the return value is priceless. Thanks to Dad for our popcorn conversation. You don't have a father to talk to you, you are desperate, but you clearly point out that you want to play a role in your son. live. We love you, thank God every day for you... the real man!
