Anxiety, fear, avoidance and pain. Do you often talk about these words? If the answer is yes, then you may be struggling to deal with social anxiety disorder [SAD].   5. When these people are uncomfortable, they also experience typical symptoms of anxiety disorders such as sweating, difficulty breathing and rapid heartbeat.   6. They prefer to send emails or text messages instead of calling face-to-face people. They are afraid to make and receive calls, share their lives, and embarrass others through their conversations.





  7. People with SAD may have one or two close friends who are very comfortable with them. However, they never want to add one to their circle of friends because it puts pressure on them.





  8. They were overwhelmed by extra people in the room, extra light, smell or anything that made them uncomfortable. Any excess can threaten them. As a result, they entered flight mode and began looking for ways to get rid of these situations.





  9. They are fascinated by their appearance, their clothes, their smell or appearance. They don't understand that people around them have their own priorities, and no one has time to scan them. But they always feel that they are judging their choice from head to toe.





  10. People affected by SAD are involved in bruxism. When they are in an uncomfortable state, they always start to grind their teeth or clench their teeth. Unfortunately, people around have noticed this, which makes their situation worse.

Life beyond social anxiety

When anxiety persists for a long time, anxiety may be paralyzed. Social anxiety can prevent a person from maintaining a good job, exerting influential performance in school or work, establishing eternal friendship, going to distant and beautiful places, and so on.
