  • 3 zucchini, cut longitudinally into 1/4 inch thick blocks

Each side of the zucchini slices is topped with olive oil and grilled seasonings. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on a preheated grill on medium to high heat, or until tender. As a side of the barbecue or a random choice.

Honey lemon barbecue chicken

Ready for 30 minutes

  • 1 3/4 kg. Chicken legs and thighs
  • 2 cups of Italian salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

Mix Italian salad dressing, honey, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder in a large, resealable plastic bag. Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade for barbecue. Shake the bag until all the ingredients are well combined. Put the chicken in a bag and then apply the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 15 minutes. When ready, remove the chicken pieces from the bag and place them on a heavy aluminum foil.

Discard excess marinade. Use a fork to make a leak hole on the aluminum foil. Place the chicken on a preheated grill at high temperature and cook for 5 minutes on each side or to achieve the desired ripeness. During the last few minutes of the barbecue, the chicken pieces are baked with the reserved marinade. Cool down before going to the table.
