How to start bodybuilding when you are over 40 years old

If you are in a middle-aged recession and decide to get your body to the best, then bodybuilding is a great way. I went from Tai Kwon Do to football for a variety of sports in and out; cycling to fitness.

The key is to stay active and let your mind and body move into the next major test. If you think you are ready to restore your body shape, you will first want to see a doctor. Once you get started, don't jump into the gym and start pumping. You need to do some conditioning first. Before you fool yourself in the gym, you need to take five tests to assess your current level of health.

Ok, if you want, you can work out in the gym; it's important to do this basic test to see where you are in the fitness range.

  • Push-ups - 10 times - 3 times [with a break]
  • 2. Pull up 5 times - If this is your first time, please use the auxiliary puller.
  • 3. Collect 25 representatives - take your time.
  • 4 ....
