Mixed Martial Arts [MMA] is now very popular, trying to stay in shape while learning to protect yourself. Many bodybuilders are discovering the sport and enjoy staying in shape while learning to fight better. Similarly, many MMA fighters are discovering the benefits of weight training to help fight the ring.

It should be noted that you can't really become very advanced in both bodybuilding and MMA. They require different energy expenditures and food/training agreements.
