Healthy summer barbecue recipe

We celebrate festivals and birthdays by grilling and entertaining friends and neighbors - a fun outdoor barbecue that can be synonymous with summer. When you promise to join a barbecue, you may feel that you have to give up a healthy diet, but this is not the case.

There are many ways to eat healthy on the barbecue. If you are the owner, you can choose a lot of healthy and delicious food when planning the menu.

Here are some of my favorite summer barbecue health menu options.

appetizer

avocado
Ingredients: 3 avocados, chopped; 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped; 1/2 onion, chopped; 1 logo, diced; 2 tablespoons of lime juice; jalapeños [optional]. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!

Watermelon in pizza
Cut the watermelon into triangles, like pizza. Topped with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with feta cheese [optional] and sprinkle with almond or walnut slices. There are any other fruits you like at the top, such as pomegranate seeds, strawberries or blueberries.

Stuffed mushrooms
Go to the stem mushroom. Topped with mushrooms, olive oil and stuï mushrooms with the desired toppings. My advice: minced garlic, spinach and onions. Cook the mushrooms at 350 degrees for 20-45 minutes until the desired tenderness.

main course

Skewered shrimp
Place the shrimp on the skewers and topped with fresh lemon juice. Top with fresh black pepper, fresh herbs and a barbecue until cooked.

Portobello Burger
Pour the olive oil over the Portobello cap and grill until cooked. Use the portobello cap as a hamburger. Place burgers [vegetables, black beans, turkeys, etc.] between the portobello caps. Top with a choice of toppings, enjoy!

Roasted vegetables
Very simple, but it's so delicious! Drizzle vegetables selected with olive oil and fresh herbs [I highly recommend zucchini, red pepper and eggplant]. Grill to the preferred gentleness.

Side dish

Cucumber dill salad
Ingredients: 3 cucumbers, sliced; 1 white onion, sliced; 1/3 cup white or apple cider vinegar; 1 teaspoon ground garlic; 1 handle onion, sliced; 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill. Keep all ingredients and cool before eating.

Chickpea Tomato Salad
Ingredients: 1 can be chickpeas, drained; 1/2 red onion, sliced; 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped; 1 cup cucumber, chopped; 1/2 cup parsley, chopped; 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, Cut in half; 1/3 cup olive oil; 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar; fresh black pepper powder. Throw all the ingredients and cool.

Avocado potato salad
Ingredients: 2 pounds of red potatoes; 3 avocados, chopped; 1/2 cup of onion, chopped; 1 tablespoon of garlic, chopped; fresh black pepper boiled potatoes until tender. Cut the potatoes and stir the remaining ingredients.

Dessert

Chocolate Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients: 2 bananas; 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Cut the banana and freeze for 30-45 minutes. The frozen banana is mixed with the cocoa powder. Mix until smooth and add any other desired toppings on top.

Roasted Pineapple A La Mode
Slice the pineapple and simply bake until warm. Top your favorite dairy-free ice cream and sprinkle with honey.

Your favorite food is always a healthy version. If you can choose health instead of being healthy, then do it.
