Health and happiness are two things that most people will tell you the most they want. Asking parents what they want most about their children, they almost always say, "I don't really care, as long as they are healthy and happy." Sometimes people say they want love, success or wealth, but when asked why, They will think about it for a while and then say it because these things will make them happy.
Usually people want health above everything else, but only if they feel they are being threatened. People rarely consider health when they are young, healthy, painful and disease free.
The most common experience in life is happiness.
If you list what you want to improve in life, then add a note next to each item that details the time and effort you put into each project, and you will feel very lacking in logic and/or commitment. Surprised that you are applying for an increase or stay happy. You may be happy because you want what you want most, but your notes may reveal that you spend 50 hours a week in your career, 10 hours to watch housework, and 20 hours to watch the "happiness" next to TV. word. You may find that ' 10 minutes ' or more commonly, "no time at all."
Have you stopped to think about what makes you happy? Have you ever thought about actively pursuing happiness? Most of us just think that happiness is a casual behavior, it will make us disappear briefly and disappear quickly.

Honestly, sometimes I sit down and focus on happiness until "I bring it."

I used to wait and be surprised and guided because there were things that made me happy until I realized that I could get happiness without events or circumstances.
When happiness comes, it will induce us to "become the present." Most of us are mentally in a permanent state of the past or most of the future. In happiness, we focus our attention on the present to fully experience this wonderful feeling. Winning money, buying big items, getting married, having children, vacationing, promoting or finding new lovers is often considered a happy event. Many of us spend a lot of time, energy and money actively pursuing these things.

The irony is that we often find that our list of happiness will be reversed in the future. Then we heard, "When I am divorced, when I retire, I will be happy when the children leave home." I think there are two basic principles that are necessary;

The work that some people have spent throughout their careers is almost completely destroyed by the soul. Many people maintain a relationship between body and mind, mental and emotional consumption. We may have friends, collectibles, neighbors or relatives, these will only drive us crazy. But we maintain them. Unhappy is depriving us of our health by running out of our energy.
Love and happiness are the highest and lightest forms of energy. This higher, lighter form of energy is self-generated. It also accurately indicates your health. Happiness and love will make you energetic, and plenty of energy will bring you more happiness.

I often think that my life has pushed me to a difficult mountain, so that I can't look back. I think the flame moves quickly behind me, threatening me and pushing me forward. The fear that I would be burned or hit by the rocks at the foot of the mountain made me completely in trouble.

If you want to make small, safe changes in your life, then the effort and risk will not be so terrible, but if you really want to "go out and strengthen" you better accept that you need to be brave and brave. If you don't leave the ground, you will never fly.
