Five simple steps to perfect lasagna

Lasagna is one of everyone's favorite dishes. In my opinion, lasagna is just the right masterpiece of cooking genius. Even the toughest laws can't help but eat this delicious dish. With a little effort, you can become a topic about dinner. Just follow these five simple rules to get success and do a good job of getting to pasta.

  1. Fresh premium noodle noodles - These are one of the best investments when you go to all the work of home lasagna. You can make your own noodles to get the freshest results, this is a great project when your sauce is awkward. The formula itself is not important, just the freshness of the pasta.
  2. Homemade bolognese - The trouble of hand-made noodles is just ridiculous to pour Prego on it. Start with fresh burgers, brown, chopped onions, tomatoes, yellow peppers and fresh Italian herbs. I also like those little mushrooms, I can buy them from my neighbors. Add two cans of tomato sauce, two tablespoons of paprika, two cloves of fresh garlic [smashed] and some salt and pepper to taste. This should be cooked on low heat for at least an hour and a half.
  3. Soft, quality cheese - I chopped a lot of cheddar cheese, about two and a half pounds of bricks, the layer between the noodles and the sauce, don't buy pre-crushed cheese, it's too dry and stale. It is too old to be a quality product. I cut the mozzarella cheese into an eighth-inch thick slice for each healthy dose. I won't eat cheese, because it will make you the best lasagna and how it will fries in the oven. Unlike many recipes, I don't include the use of ricotta. I am not a fan of mixed textures.
  4. Layered process - This lasagna is a structured dish, and now you don't have time to use all your hard work to cook.. sauce, then cheddar cheese, then noodles, then mozzarella cheese. Repeat it, it's easy, apply the free layer, as I said, don't lick the cheese, add another layer of thick cheddar cheese under the mozzarella cheese on the top layer to achieve a refreshing effect. .
  5. Baking Lasagna - About three hundred and fifty degrees, one hour or two hours until all the cheese in the middle melts and foams, making sure to fold the foil on top so that the top does not burn.
