Fast weight loss - Harvard research confirms that heart and aerobics have died?

If you are like most of us, you may try your instincts through long hours and hard workouts to lose weight quickly. But you stop and think about why you haven't lost an ounce after so much training?

Most of us believe that long hours of hard training are essential to reduce excess fat. But you may be surprised to find that losing excess body fat is just a painstaking and tedious workout.

A recent study by Harvard University has shown that long-term aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise are no longer effective at achieving ideal weight; even worse, they can ruin your body.

They revealed that the key to protecting the heart is exactly the opposite of aerobic exercise. This is not endurance but strength. They found that the harder they are, the lower the risk of heart disease.

They also found that those who had undergone more malignant and short-term movements were at lower risk of death than those who performed less frequent long-term exercises.

Aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise are low-intensity, long-term exercise classes that increase the risk of heart disease and death.

They have already shown that the most effective way to lose weight is a high-intensity, short-term model. You can take 2-3 minutes of bowel exercise and rest for 2-3 minutes. This can be a quick walk or something that can make your heart jump faster, stop and rest for a while.

Don't play too much yourself at first, and try to increase spells. If you have heart disease or any other illness, remember to be careful. If this is the case; it is best to consult your doctor and ask him to recommend some intestinal exercises that are appropriate for your physical condition.

Although experts used to think that aerobics and aerobics burn fat during long periods of exercise, new discoveries are not the case. This will send a message to your body telling you that you need to reserve fat for the next long workout. This self-defeating cycle ensures that the body gets fatter each time you finish a long workout. Now you may understand why you have not lost weight after spending so many hours in the gym. Whenever you burn fat through aerobics and aerobics, your body will react more.

High-intensity, low-duration exercises will last up to 15-20 minutes. This means that your body does not have the opportunity to burn fat during exercise. What really happens is that your body burns carbohydrates to form muscle tissue.
