Roasted garlic and balsamic vinegar mushrooms

what do you need:

  • 1 kg of mushrooms, cut into 1/4 inch thick pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper sauce
In a bowl, add garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a sealable plastic bag. Place the mushrooms in a bag, shake well, and add the mixture. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. When you are ready, place the mushrooms in the skewers and discard the excess marinade. Bake the mushrooms at medium temperature for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until tender.

Honey lime roasted broccoli

what do you need:

  • 2 large broccoli, leaf removal, end trimming
  • 2 limes, zested and juicy
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tbsp chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Lime wedge, supply
Trim the sides of the broccoli head and cut into a 4-inch "steak". In a small bowl, mix the lime juice with the olive oil and add the garlic and honey. In a separate bowl, combine lime skin, paprika, chipotle and salt. Brush the sides of the broccoli head with a mixture of honey and lime, then sprinkle the chipotle mixture. Cook on a preheated grill, cover with medium heat, heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked. Sprinkle with parsley and paired with lime wedges.

Avocado and Lettuce Caesar Salad Grill Style

what do you need:

  • 1 avocado, enucleated, quarter
  • 1 romaine lettuce, longitudinal quarter, leaving the stem intact
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper flavor
For dressings:

  • 1 clove of garlic, smashed and peeled
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons of shelled heart
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • Black pepper sauce
Rub the Roma lettuce with grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the cooked lettuce and avocado on a preheated grill [avocado should be face down] and heat for about 2 minutes at high temperature. When you are ready, let it cool on the plate. To prepare the seasoning, stir the garlic, hemp heart, water, lemon juice, yeast, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a blender and mix well. Pour in roasted avocado and lettuce.
