Cure those cheerleading contusions

The 26th annual report of the National Center for Catastrophic Sports Injury Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will be the "most dangerous sport". Fortunately, serious cheerleading injuries are diminishing, but any exercise can cause bumps and bruises.

Cheerleaders have natural remedies. Small injuries can prevent them from disturbing the fun of sports.

First, we need to understand how bruises are formed. When you hit a body part, sometimes it falls in your daily life, and small blood vessels rupture and leak out of the blood under the skin. Blood is expressed through the skin. This is the source of discoloration and is shown as a breeze.

This can be very painful. Even if the bruises don't hurt much, the cheerleading team is also a performing arts and sport, so we hope to get rid of the fading as soon as possible.

When the body heals itself, the blood cells that collect under the skin will collapse...
