I believe that creativity is a property that many leaders desire, and fewer leaders believe that they have it, and in fact, fewer leaders exercise in practice. Creativity, as a conscious process, can lead to the creation or production of new things and current things in different ways in the future, which is a key factor for success. Moreover, I believe that each of us has a creative way to live, ignite and burn.
There is a record of the glory of the history of social history found at the crossroads of art and science in the phenomena they are studying. The fact that border promotion and our past and present creative expels are equally concerned with the art and science of the problem they are solving indicates their seemingly natural appreciation and comfort for the unknown.

1. Stop and observe the world in your surroundings with a high degree of consciousness. This can include asking questions, observing and reviewing artifacts to inform, complete or contrast your views on the world. With such a question: What do I care about in this world?

2. Deliberately decide to look for comfort and understand the border and ambiguity of the blank canvas. Leading the question: How do I shape or construct my observations about how this particular challenge or theme is observed?

3. Adopt and apply different ideas and practices to generate ideas by exploring various explanations and opportunities [for example, listing concepts, ideas, and responses] in a freely flowing, deviating manner. Leading the question: What theoretical way can we solve this problem?

Adopt and apply convergence and practice to transform the ideas in the different exploration processes of free flow into standard-driven narrowing and ideological alliances to cope with challenges or themes. Leading questions: Does the resulting idea or response seem appropriate and directly support the challenge or topic being addressed?

5. After convergence, develop a plan that includes a simple project statement that includes the required scope, schedule, and resources. Lead this question: Now I know how I will pursue and achieve it?
Perhaps most importantly, as a leader - not a human - we all realize that we can get a pool of creativity and innovation. We have a responsibility to find ways to take advantage of this creativity and turn it into a transformational initiative.
