Creativity is the key to success: cultivating and tapping the inner spirit

I believe that creativity is a property that many leaders desire, and fewer leaders believe that they have it, and in fact, fewer leaders exercise in practice. Creativity, as a conscious process, can lead to the creation or production of new things and current things in different ways in the future, which is a key factor for success. Moreover, I believe that each of us has a creative way to live, ignite and burn.

There is a record of the glory of the history of social history found at the crossroads of art and science in the phenomena they are studying. The fact that border promotion and our past and present creative expels are equally concerned with the art and science of the problem they are solving indicates their seemingly natural appreciation and comfort for the unknown.

For example, in their pursuit of human flight, the Wright brothers spent a lot of time studying ornithological books [scientific and empirical research on birds] and observing flying birds because they studied aviation, mechanical engineering and humans. Text - Power flight. In addition, their obsession and courage is to invest time in observing flying birds in flight, stimulating them to develop the core element associated with the success of the 1903 pilot - the patented hip cradle system. Simply put, the hip cradle system provides the pilot with the opportunity to roll left and right and respond to changing winds by bending the tips of the left and right [top and bottom] wings of the aircraft. And unpredictable drafts [McCullough, 2015].

This changed the game of human flight and was directly inspired by their observations of high flying birds [eg, eagle, vulture, falcon, seagull, etc.]. This, in turn, provides information on how they design their aircraft and reevaluates their approach and the flexibility of actual design [McCullough, 2015]. In the end, they are committed to respecting and staying at the crossroads between art and science in their field, leading to the idea of their changing world. The key to understanding the fundamental aspects of human flight is always that the key to observation and redesign by all pilots and innovators is confusing and inspiring.

When we begin to actually think about the meaning of us as creators, innovators and thinkers, it is important to consider where we might start. For me, the authoring process follows the following five practical, applicable and transferable steps:

1. Stop and observe the world in your surroundings with a high degree of consciousness. This can include asking questions, observing and reviewing artifacts to inform, complete or contrast your views on the world. With such a question: What do I care about in this world?
from

  2. Deliberately decide to look for comfort and understand the border and ambiguity of the blank canvas. Leading the question: How do I shape or construct my observations about how this particular challenge or theme is observed?
from

  3. Adopt and apply different ideas and practices to generate ideas by exploring various explanations and opportunities [for example, listing concepts, ideas, and responses] in a freely flowing, deviating manner. Leading the question: What theoretical way can we solve this problem?
from

  4. Adopt and apply convergence and practice to transform the ideas in the different exploration processes of free flow into standard-driven narrowing and ideological alliances to cope with challenges or themes. Leading questions: Does the resulting idea or response seem appropriate and directly support the challenge or topic being addressed?
from

  5. After convergence, develop a plan that includes a simple project statement that includes the required scope, schedule, and resources. Lead this question: Now I know how I will pursue and achieve it?

Perhaps most importantly, as a leader - not a human - we all realize that we can get a pool of creativity and innovation. We have a responsibility to find ways to take advantage of this creativity and turn it into a transformational initiative. Go find it, find yourself, tap your creativity, change the world of your life, make it better!
