Creativity: Is it difficult for the modern world to be creative?

From the moment a person wakes up, their senses will be shocked by the excitement. This can happen if they look at their smartphone shortly after waking up.

Their thoughts will eventually be filled with information that is both useful and useless. After that, they may have to go to work by train or subway, which may mean they will be exposed to a lot of advertising, sound and smell.

Next stage

Once they start working, they may end up spending hours on the computer to get more information. And, at the moment they rest, they may end up through their smartphones.

Their journey home may be very similar to their work journey. If they use a smartphone for most of their time home, they may block many external stimuli.

Come back home

After a day at work, they may just want to sit down and watch TV while browsing their smartphones. For example, if they are going to run, it is still the time they listen to music.

When they go to bed, they may end up by phone and lose time in the process. When someone lives like this or lives in a very similar way, it is clear that they rarely have time to get along with themselves.

one direction

In the end, they will consume a lot of information, which will make it harder for them to connect with what is happening inside them. To do this, they need to limit the amount of information they consume and spend more time in their own company.

By doing so, it will create space for them to be with them and adjust to their internal information. If they do, they may end up with new ideas and ways of looking at things.

Silence

If anyone does this, it will be very clear that they are completely out of touch with the inner world. The same way is that if a large number of bricks are poured over it, the gold bars will be covered; their inherent richness will be masked by all the noise in the world.

They may only be able to provide something very similar to what they already share, rather than being able to contribute something slightly different. Therefore, their ideas are not flexible and it will be very fixed.

This is not a problem

As long as one continues to live this way and living in this way is not a problem, they have no reason to change anything. Their senses will spend a lot of time to stimulate, which will alienate them from their inner world, but this will be the norm.

If they want to reach the point where living in this way is too stressful for them or they want to start their own business, they may see how destructive they are in this way. Taking a step back from all these stimuli is important to them, making it necessary for them to change their lives.

Regain control

By limiting the amount of information they receive and spending time away from the stimulus, it will give them the opportunity to connect to their own inner voice. At first they may find it difficult for them to contact themselves and they feel the need to reconnect with the stimulus.

This is not surprising, especially if they have been fascinated by all these stimuli for years. The key is to keep them patient and consider the bigger picture that will unfold over time.

Some methods

Not only do they feel the need to reconnect the stimulus when they leave the stimulus, but they also find that there is not much inside. Again, they need to hang there and allow this connection to take shape.

Over time, this may mean that they will end up with the urge to write, draw or make a video. This may become a very fulfilling hobby, or it may end up being a bigger part of their lives.

Consciousness

People can turn everything off in their house/apartment to see what happens, or they can enter nature. The more silence around them, the easier it is to connect with their inner world.

When a person has this connection with themselves and they can share what they have experienced on this planet, it can make them feel more connected and experience a more positive feeling. In addition, the content they share can have a positive impact on others.
