Creativity and innovation management - personality test

While there are tests that measure creativity or innovation, there are many inherent flaws. Some of the content is as follows:

a] The existence of a creative or innovative type is highly controversial. Creativity can be defined as problem identification and idea generation - universal ability. Creativity can be defined as generating ideas, some different ideas and some novel ideas - universal abilities. Features are unstable or transferable under different conditions. Motivation is a key factor.

b] Because of the many relevant definitions of creativity and innovation, it is clear that many different and different capabilities are involved. All abilities are impossible [or rare] to appear on a single person.

c] Creativity is a cognitive process and case dependence. Not everyone generates the same number of ideas in a task. What is important is that the same person does not produce the same number of ideas in the task.

d] Make too many assumptions. It has been pointed out that creativity and innovation are stable and transferable assumptions in all situations; motivations and abilities are not considered, and so on.

e] Ignore collaboration, networking, etc. Interracial pollination produces a higher degree of creative output than individual individuals.

f] The generality, variability and reliability of the test parameters can be disputed.
