Combine ideas with effective goal setting

Goals are vital in our lives. Many of us spend our lives without any specific purpose, just drifting in one place. Setting goals helps us to concentrate and move forward confidently in a clear direction. Without them, I think that our lives cannot be truly complete.

If you are looking for evidence of the importance of the goal, you don't have to look at two key studies on success and goal setting, one done by Yale University and the other by Dr. Lewis Terman of Stanford University.

In the first study, Yale University recorded their graduation ceremony in 20 years and found that 3% of the set goals were more valuable economically than 97% of ungraduated students!

In the second study, Dr. Terman of Stanford University conducted a study of 1,528 students with IQs above the genius level. His research found that intelligence has nothing to do with success and financial sensitivity, but the goal setting is true!

So now we know that goal setting is critical to our success, but how do we do that? I first recommend that you spend some time [and longer if needed] to spend some time meditating on the passion of life. Start the list. Some smart people suggest that you write 100 goals for your life. Lou Foltz, a very successful football coach at Notre Dame and a recent football coach at the University of South Carolina, said that when he was a teenager, he wrote more than 100 goals for his life [one of which was to guide a team]. National Football Team National Championship - he did]. A few years ago, at about 60 years old, Coach Holtz had achieved every goal he wrote. So he had to write another 100 goals, I believe he will get these goals soon!

I suggest you try to write 100, write it out and break it down into long-term, medium-term and short-term goals. You can define the time period involved, but I recommend a short period of 5 years from now, 5 to 15 years in the medium term, and 15 years or more in the long term.

Since you have goals, you need to start using them! This is where most potential target developers fail. Anyone can write a goal, but I bet, if you ask 10 target setters what their short-term goals are after setting them for a week, then nine out of ten people can't answer!

You need to achieve your goals in life to achieve your dreams and achieve the success you want. But equally important is a system that always maintains its goals.

After you have written 100 goals, take them all out and write them down in 100 positive forms. For example, if your goal is to earn enough money for your wife to go to the Caribbean for the second time, then you can write: "I was happy to enjoy my wife's company in the Caribbean sunshine on January 1, 2009. Saving and investing for my benefit!"

Then, according to the advice of Rod Moore of the self-management system: "The first thing you should do every morning is to spend 5 to 10 minutes, then put it into your thinking programming, to achieve what you set for yourself. The goal. So, every day you are imprinting or programming your thoughts, focusing on what you want. By doing this, your subconscious will surely begin to express your desires into your life."

I think the best thing for me is to check my short-term goals every day, then check the medium-term and long-term goals once a week, and make the necessary adjustments according to the deadlines of the specific goals. I found this to focus on achieving goals in the short term without forgetting the goals that are about to be achieved.
