Cheerleading injuries - cheerleading faces more risks

What is the most dangerous sport for girls to participate in? In all other sports, the cheerleading team is like this. A report by the National Center for Catastrophic Injury shows that cheerleading accounts for at least 65% of injuries in high school girls' sports. Remember that cheerleading accounts for only 12% of all female athletes in high school.

When you consider the high-flying stunts that cheerleaders do, you can see where high levels of catastrophic injuries can occur. Falling from the missing catch will only destroy one's life. The percentage of injury is limited to accidents that are permanently disabling or fractured. It does not take into account minor injuries such as an ankle sprain.

So needless to say, a cheering team must consider security issues to be very serious. If you are the best cheerleader in the world, it doesn't matter, it will only make a mistake. always...
