Causes of low back pain and Pilates treatment

The most common cause of back pain

In this article, I am discussing musculoskeletal problems, not any other cause of back pain.

As a physical therapist, I saw hundreds of people with low back problems. Many people have a long history of pain and stiffness in the morning. The reason for their back pain is fatigue and overwork. They are probably right. Management of this slight inconvenience has been overlooked because it has not interfered with their daily lives. Over time, the stiffness in the morning increases and it takes longer to rise again. A person may take medication to relieve symptoms. This also applies to a period of time.

The mode of this demonstration is very common. The cause of back pain does not change, so the pain becomes more frequent and usually more intense. People live a busy life, and many people have a fairly high degree of tolerance. This is a problem in itself.

So what is the cause of back pain?

In this demonstration, the reason is that the spine joints move slowly and the muscle length slows down. As the pain in the deep core muscles gradually diminishes. This is called core pain suppression. This is where Pilates is good for back pain. I will explain as soon as possible. The cause of back pain in people who are not injured or traumad is due to the slow change in the balance of all working muscles. If managed early, the cure is simple. It is like many diseases, and if it wears out early, then healing is usually easier to achieve.

Different types of back pain suffer

Waist pain may come from different structures in the lower back.
joint pain .. from

It is usually sharp and prevents a person from passing through it, usually worse when it is loaded.

Muscle pain. from

. The feet are like deep pain and usually ease with exercise.

Inflammatory pain from

...all structures will inflame in the morning and cause a lot of pain and stiffness. It can also make you sleepless at night.

Intervertebral disc pain from

... I treat all musculoskeletal pain as intervertebral disc pain until it proves otherwise sensible, the pain increases with sitting, coughing, sneezing, and usually prevents a person from standing upright.

Deep lower back pain from

Usually from another organ, such as the uterus or
The kidneys can be local.

All performance of the low back problem must be properly assessed, and history must be discussed. In some cases, back pain can be the first sign of annoying things. This is not the norm.

How does Pilates treat low back pain?

Well, it can't, but it is the best program a person can learn and live to manage their bodies and control their pain and stiffness. Pilates is the name for lateral abdominal muscle training. Still, it has been brought to market. The role of this muscle is to support the spinal joints and promote the movement of the posture muscles. It also has more features, but the control library is the most important feature. So by training this muscle alone and then learning how to use it in the various ways you move, you can stabilize your lumbar spine and prevent it from being traumatized by every unstable movement. Now this will cause pain relief. Healed by following the principles of core stability, stretching and not allowing joints and muscles to become nervous through neglect.

I teach pure Pilates and I follow the principle of core stability. I endured 20 years of back pain, I began to follow pure Pilates as a way of moving, I have no pain. I know that many people get grades through class, but see a lot of people stop class, why their pain returns. They are not educated. If this is you and you want more information, please read the benefits of my Pure Pilates and Pain Management website.
