Last year I decided to go to the therapist about my anxiety. I have only seen him once because of the cost, but he speculates that my anxiety problem may be genetic, and it worsened in the particularly difficult period of my life 10 years ago. He also said that I might not be able to get rid of it, but it can manage it very effectively. This year I did a good job by focusing on the moments of the moment to deal with anxiety. I achieved this by trying to realize my thoughts [past, present, future] and meditation. I also started carrying crystals, we can go into another time and always take curcumin [turmeric].
Most of the time, I started taking curcumin for good health. It helped my suspected carpel tunnel to get better, and there are many other health benefits, I am not very proficient. Honestly, my wife bought it and said "Here, this will make you feel better" so I started accepting it.
Today, my wife posted a picture of curcumin on our Facebook page [we are very outgoing] and is discussing how to treat depression and anxiety more effectively than Prozac in a double-blind study. what? Really? I searched online, this is true! Interestingly, I took Proza and other anti-anxiety drugs and they didn't make me happy, just without anxiety. When I took curcumin, I did feel normal and happy.
So, what if my anxiety problem is... lack of curcumin? What if it is a genetic defect?
I can tell you that after taking turmeric for a while, it has a great impact on my mood and my feelings. Most importantly, it is very good for patients with arthritis. I use the mouse for a few hours a day at work. Turmeric helped me through the pain of a whole day.
Other benefits are its powerful anti-inflammatory properties that help treat Alzheimer's disease and have been shown to help treat cancer, reduce the risk of heart disease, improve brain function and reduce the risk of brain disease.
I am impressed with all these health benefits, I am looking for new ways, I can add it to every meal.
