Book Review: Calcium II II - Your doctor still doesn't know anything

In 2008, the author published the first edition of "calcification lie - your doctor does not know that it might kill you." Then in 2013, they updated the information in The Calcium Lie - your doctor still doesn't know anything. In this review, we will review the revision.

Dr. Robert Thompson, MD, who maintains medical practice in Alaska, once wondered what he had proposed in the book. Like most well-meaning health professionals, he treats patients for years based on what he has learned in medical school. Catherine Barnes, a health journalist and writer, lives in North Carolina. Dr. Thompson said that Catherine helped him communicate in a way that readers would understand.

This commentator has been managing many homeschool assessments for many years, and the general information section of the tools used includes a question: "What minerals are the most difficult to make bones?" Based on what they have learned and based on the assessment tool "Calcium" Many people have already answered correctly.

Our authors will let us remember to determine if a patient has osteoporosis or a precursor to it. The bone loss test is a dexa MINERAL bone scan. This name should help us remember that the bone is made up of many minerals, one of which is calcium. By supplementing calcium separately, we are actually harder than our bones - calcification can occur in treaties, kidneys and other parts of our body. Dr. Thompson reminded us through the book that "calcium will harden the concrete!"

After entering the medical field with the idea of "altruism," Dr. Thompson was dissatisfied with his profession and prepared to withdraw. He reconsidered a peer-reviewed catalog in 1996 and named it "one of the best doctors in the United States." Encourage, he decided to continue to play a role.

Minerally Bankrupt [Chapter 1] - This basic section states that bones contain at least 12 minerals. "Excessive calcium can cause:

• Kidney and gallstones
from

  • Arterial plaque [and heart disease]
from

  • Spurs [joint/osteoarthritis]
from

  • Calcium deposits in tissues other than bone
from

  • Brain cell dysfunction, brain atrophy and dementia. "[Page 9]
from

  • Cataract
from

  • Cancer
from

  • Diabetes
from

  • Hypothyroidism
from

  High blood pressure [page 29]
from

  • Obesity [page 39]
from

  • Migraine [page 43]

"Excessive calcium causes the adrenal glands to be inhibited so that the kidneys maintain the necessary magnesium to maintain the balance of the two minerals." [page 19]

Before the invention of refrigeration, our ancestors used sea salt or rock salt to preserve food. The natural balance of our minerals leaves this change. "Because minerals and footprints are passed from mother to child, each generation is increasingly lacking these essential minerals." [page 12]

In order to add more damage to our system, when using iodine to make bread and canned foods replaced by cheaper bromine, we began to see "thyroid disease and cancer, breast cysts, fiber changes, cyclical propensity and cancer," Inflammation and cancer, ovarian hormone dysfunction, ovarian cysts, endometriosis and ovarian cancer." [p. 13]

Salt can be detrimental to health. The best mineral supplements are unrefined rock salt or sea salt. Dr. Thompson explained that Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis [HMTA] provides the best analysis of mineral levels and guides doctors to make the right supplements. He suggested only Trace Minerals, Inc. carry out testing.

Through this book, Dr. Thompson offers a mini-course on biochemistry for all doctors studying at medical school. Surprisingly, most doctors have forgotten their biochemistry and continue to follow the "calcium lie", "calcium myth" [Chapter 2] and "vitamin lie" [Chapter 7].

Our authors use chapters for the following health conditions and their relationship to calcium:

• Osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and calcium [Chapter 3]
from

  • Digestive system dilemmas: protein indigestion, sodium deficiency and cell membrane dysfunction [Chapter 4]
from

  • Metabolic failure How excess calcium leads to weight gain, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction, and five types of hypothyroidism [Chapter 5]
from

  • Female issues: pregnancy, childbirth and menopause [Chapter 6]

Stress plays a key role in our health. Thompson and Barnes solved this problem and its relationship to calcium [Chapter 8]. They stressed that "stress management must be a regular part of a healthy lifestyle." [p. 176]

In Chapter 9, "The Road to Health," they provide readers with the following steps:

1. Drink pure water.
from

  2. Take ion sea salt-derived supplements.
from

  3. Whole food vitamins.
from

  Essential fatty acid
from

  5. Eat raw nuts and/or seeds every day.
from

  6. Eat high quality protein.
from

  7. Obtain the necessary monosaccharides. [pp. 184-195]

The Calc II II ends with Chapter 10, "Doctor to Doctor: An Impassioned Plea." He encourages readers to copy this chapter and bring their doctor or better to buy a copy of the book for their doctor.

Dr. Thompson and Catherine Barnes introduced the facts behind their claims. Reading and following their instructions will improve our health.
