Bone Health Revolution Book Review

Bone health revolution

  Author: Vivian Goldschmidt

Recently, my good friend Chris called and said that her mother's latest bone scan showed that she had suffered a lot of bone loss since her last test, and the doctor wanted her to take osteoporosis drugs.

This made Chris feel uncomfortable and she called to ask me what I knew about the drugs, efficiency, side effects and possible alternatives. A few years ago I had a limited study after my diagnosis of osteopenia - a non-disease for selling more drugs I believe - I believe these drugs are not a good choice, and there are many things to do first Naturally strengthen the bones.

I explored some things I knew, but told Chris that after my research update, I would come back to her. At the same time, she found the book of the month.

The author Vivian Goldschmidt wrote a book I hope I wrote.

Chris is right, this book is about gold minerals with the latest information on osteoporosis, osteopenia, and big pharmacies that we can take to slow down this "disease". A dirty little secret - Osteoporosis is not a disease at all, just a function of aging. This is not inevitable and does not require dangerous drugs to prevent, reverse or slow it down. It can be slowed and reversed through diet, supplements and exercise.

Do you know that the average of our middle-aged bones compared for their "health" is 20-29 years old? As Vivian asks, "While age increases, will women's bone density remain the same?" How can we expect a "normal" bone density score compared to women at peak bone health?

Not to mention bone density - we test the characteristics of bones - not the best indicator of healthy bones, bone flexibility and strength.

Bone loss associated with aging is normal, and bone strength and elasticity are the direction we should work hard.

Here are some of the key points that Vivian detailed in her book:
from

  # Osteoporosis is not a disease, but in fact it is trying to correct the imbalanced body. You can do a simple thing to correct this imbalance.

# Osteoporosis is not inevitable. Anyone can easily prevent and reverse without taking drugs. In fact, a 2006 report by the Mayo Clinic stated that more than 37% of women over the age of 50 did not meet the true standards of osteoporosis and were mistakenly diagnosed! Are you one of them?

The active ingredient in the #prescription osteoporosis drug [Fosamax, Actonel, Boniva] is the bisphosphonate. This is a peculiar name for detergents, fertilizers and ingredients commonly used in industrial lubricants. Will you put them in the body?

This is not a fear dealer, nor a counter-pharmaceutical roar. This is a comprehensive study presented in the language of a non-professional. A few years ago, when she was diagnosed with osteoporosis and given Fosamax by a doctor, Vivian started the task. Her scientific background - she holds a degree in nutrition from New York University - and the curiosity of scientists led her to start researching this so-called disease, and many well-meaning doctors are free to "treat."

She found it shocking, and she felt she had to write this down and help other women avoid life-threatening lives - at least the damage to quality of life - that large pharmaceutical companies deal with the side effects of this "problem."

"According to a recent article by the Consumer Affairs Department [February 2007], Fosamax's manufacturer Merck has allocated $48 million to establish a defense fund related to Fosamax's debilitating side effects. The general public does not Will it do this?

Warning: Vivian doesn't say drugs like Fosamax, Actonel and Boniva don't harden bones. They are like this; their ingredients, side effects and things we don't know encourage us to look for alternatives. What we don't know is whether the effects of these bone-making drugs actually increase the density, but limit or prevent the formation of new bones, which are more flexible than the old bones and therefore less prone to fractures.

If you are diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteoporosis, I encourage you to purchase the book and use natural alternatives before the drug. I can't recommend this book.
