Ingredients:
- 2 cans [15 ounces] of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can [14 ounces] vegetable soup
- 1 cup of salsa [the one you like the most!]
- Optional ingredients: sour cream, coriander, diced tomatoes, grated Mexican mixed cheese.

- Mix black beans, vegetable soup and salsa in a large saucepan.
- Boil with medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low temperature and cook for 5 minutes.
