Just a few days ago, I saw a T-shirt that wrote:
"My anger management class is very angry."
Learning or having to manage your anger may not be fun.
a wake up call
You are angry, I am angry, all the children of God are angry. This is what we do about anger.
Our children can be wonderfully humble mirrors.
After our son missed a long temper in a fun event, I actually heard this from my mouth:
"When you decide to be angry, you will miss a lot of good things."
A real case of the pot is called the kettle black.
How to stay angry
- Play the events that make you angry by repeatedly playing in your mind.
- Pay attention to all this injustice.
- Tell a lot of people until you find someone who has a complete agreement with you.
- Refuse to take any responsibility or view your part or contribution.
- Feel the anger and let go.
- Getting life unfair, never going
- Responsible for this situation.
- Consider that you can handle this situation reasonably, do this, and move on.
Being angry or continuing to do good is your choice.
