An excellent creamy hearty broccoli soup recipe

With the arrival of winter, cooking a hearty soup is a great way to keep our family plentiful and warm. Although meat-based soups and stews are a good choice, vegetable cream soups are great and should not be overlooked.

One of my family's favorites is broccoli cream. It's very easy to make, especially if you have a food processor or a stick mixer. It is also very cheap. I keep all the broccoli decorations, including the stems, and then freeze until I have enough soup. About 4 cups of decoration is enough for me and my husband to enjoy hearty food.

Make sure to remove as much of the tough skin as possible and do so before freezing the trim. Of course, you can put it on the soup after cooking and make it full, but I think this will add an unnecessary step without adding any flavor.

This is a very basic formula for cream and vegetable soup. Of course, any vegetable you like can replace broccoli. I am good at broccoli and carrots, although these soups use vegetables instead of ornaments.

The basic recipe is to put the vegetables or ingredients in a good heavy pot. Cover the vegetables with chicken broth and cook until the vegetables are soft. Apply vegetables and soups to your food processor, blender or our blender. If the soup is too thick, you can dilute the soup with more soup or water.

Before adding vegetables and liquids, add chopped onions, celery or garlic - or all - add some butter or olive oil to the stockpot to get a different, still very good flavor.

You don't need to use chicken soup as a liquid. A good vegetable soup works just as well as ordinary water, although I don't think the soup is just water dripping. I always wanted to use this recipe to try beef soup, but chicken soup is just my favorite taste, so my good will to test the change is on the side of the road.

The soup is very wonderful, but if you only add a little cream, maybe 1/4 cup, you will get a texture of a lovely soup to finish.

This soup is very elegant, whether it is your starting point or the main dish, you can leave a deep impression on the company. Be sure to save some small broccoli for decoration. You can sprinkle them on top of the uncooked soup, or boil for a few minutes, or cook in a microwave to soften. You really want them to stay dark so they can be displayed on beautiful light green soup.

A good accompaniment of the soup is some very good chewy texture bread. In my home, we often eat garlic bread. Warm French bread with fresh butter dipped in olive oil is also great.

This soup is delicious at any time of the year. In summer, it can be made thinner and tastes good at room temperature. Pipe heat is required in winter. Whenever you can, you can hear the family carnival.
