Accepting confrontational anxiety - a better way to beat it

This is a whale of debate.

Does anxiety mean to fight? Still means being accepted? If you asked me many years ago, I would scream and say loudly that it should be beaten until it was left out.

This one from

The strength coach at my university instilled in me:

You must fight for everything in your life.

Fight for your workout. Fight for your relationships.

Fight for your success. Fight for everything.

This caused my resonance. This made me realize that those things will not be simply implemented. Don't leave it to chance. If you want to be healthy, you have to fight for it. If you want a good relationship, you have to fight for it. It seems that fighting anxiety and fear are no different.

And this from

With its location, the more I understand anxiety, the more I feel that maybe I am not always the best route. In her book The Fear of healingDr. Lissa Rankin said, from

"It's not just healing fear; it's more important to let fear cure you."

What if we use this idea...

What if fear shows us what we need to heal in our lives?

If fear tells us where is the next growth area?

If fear tells us what is the current limitation?

What if fear tells us about the strengths of current capabilities?

This is an example:

Let us say that you are afraid of public speaking. Most people are afraid of this situation. This is what has plagued me most of my life. I'm very lucky. By using this fear, it shows me how to help more people. By using this fear, it shows me how to express myself in a completely different way. By using this fear, it shows me how to grow into a person.

How can your fear help you?

What if the fear is just to hand us a sealed envelope? We had to tear it apart to find the hidden information inside. What if we accept this message instead of hitting it? Instead of running from it. Or distracting. Maybe it tells us that we need to heal some past damage. Or find a better way to do something. Or change our view of the world from

Yes.

Acceptance does not mean giving up. This does not mean saying "from

This is who I am"

That is nonsense. You are not just anxious. It just means accepting it from

There are fears/anxieties in some cases.

It doesn't always have to be there.

But now it is.

Maybe...just maybe...by accepting it...and embracing it... it will make you know more about it and how to end it. But it's worth trying and seeing how it works for you.

You may be surprised.
