3 tips for finding happiness

Earlier this week, when I took the children on a jet ski, I guided my inner Tom Cruise, the impossible mission style! This is my first time doing this on the ocean, but fortunately I have been growing up in the Canadian lakes for years! Interestingly, I want to paddle on our lagoon, but the children insist on using jet skis. We later learned that an adult must be there all the time, so I am the only adult and take turns to be with the children at another time! I quickly entered the grove and flew at the fastest speed, near the corners and the children around the ziging - they felt that it was a bit crazy about the games they liked! I tried to get into the surf - it was just not laughing at it - I think I have found my new water sport! what! how about it from

This is an internal work. When we focus on happy ideas, we become happier. It sounds simple, but not always. When we left in Mexico earlier this month, I remembered this. We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, which is a beautiful paradise. I realized that two people can have exactly the same experience there - one who appreciates beauty and another who finds something to complain about. The former sees more is happy, the latter sees more complaints. This did happen - I accidentally heard someone complaining. My consciousness is that your external environment can always provide evidence to support your inner feelings, so you are looking at the lens of the world. Happiness must begin first from the inside. So how do we change? We need to first understand who we are and the good things that happen in our lives. This will create an internal transformation.

2. Do more things that make you happy. Adjust things that make you happy - don't wait until one day. One day, when you have more time, more money, and so on. Happiness does not have to involve a lot of time or money. Find something small that will bring you happiness. The best part - will bring more time and money anyway. You will begin to make stronger decisions around your time [usually involuntarily not speaking about what you don't want to do] and become more resourceful as you grow your business, creating more results. Happiness brings more happiness. One of my clients was so focused on creating inner happiness that she began to see a dramatic shift in her business. More clues are beginning to appear. Another customer began to get more and more people into contact with her. She became a magnet. I like to hear these results!

3. Similar to 1. But it describes its own part, let's go. Let go of the ideas that are not working for you. Ask yourself, will this idea create more peace and happiness, or more pressure? You can let go. I know this sounds crazy, but if it is possible? Give it a try. What if you can play more observer roles in your mind? Look at the upcoming ideas. Watch how some people create more fear and drama, and more and more peace and love. What if you can make the heavier ones float on top? I don't like to call it a bait. Please note that it is interesting to say, if any, learn the lesson and let them go? You can decide what will occupy your mind and not anyone else. It depends on you and requires a lot of conscious awareness. An ongoing work. Start paying attention to the patterns you want to master and start thinking about the type of ideas you want. Start replacing old ones with old ones every day. Your happiness is worth it.
