In a large bowl, add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, chili powder, chili sauce and cinnamon. Stir well. Put the nuts in a bowl and spread them with marinade. Transfer the nuts to a large aluminum foil pan and cook on a preheated grill under very low indirect heating, stirring every 10 minutes until the nuts are crisp, about 20 to 25 minutes. Pay close attention to the last few minutes to avoid burning nuts. Completely cooled before service.

Strawberry

  • 3 cups of fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 sticks of fresh rosemary
  • 1 carton vanilla ice cream of your choice
Put strawberries and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Throw the strawberries on the vinegar. Put the sugar in a separate bowl. Turn each strawberry over the sugar. String the strawberries together and chill for 25 to 20 minutes. When ready, bake the strawberry skewers on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
