3 cream soups that your taste buds will like

Soup is the most popular appetizer and snack. Due to its high water content, it is both healthy and moisturizing. It can also be used as a meal in itself - just prepare a creamy soup and mix it with one or two slices of bread!

There are 3 cream soup recipes here, and we believe you will like it:

Classic mushroom

what do you need:

  • 1 cup chopped Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup of chopped shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 cup and a half cup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons of general purpose flour
  • 1 crushed cinnamon
  • Seasoning with salt and pepper

In a large pan of medium heat, melt the butter and cook Portobello mushrooms, mushrooms and shallots until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add flour and mix until uniform. Carefully add the chicken stock and continue to stir until the mixture is thick. Stir half and cinnamon and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated.

Sausage potato heater

what do you need:

  • 1/2 kg kielbasa sausage, cut into half a month
  • 1/2 kg smoked sausage, cut into half moon shape
  • 2 1/2 cups of chopped mashed potatoes
  • 2 comments, carefully chopped
  • 2 months cinnamon leaf
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup universal flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

In the large pot of medium heat, cook smoked sausage, kielbasa sausage and onion until the sausage turns brown. Add potatoes, water and bay leaf to the pot. Cook for 1 to 2 hours on low heat. Mix the butter and flour in a medium-heated pan and carefully add the milk. Stir until the mixture thickens. The mixture was added to the pan with sausage and mixed until all ingredients were thoroughly mixed. Take out the bay leaves before going to the table.

Zucchini Cream

what do you need:

  • 1 1/2 kg zucchini, sliced
  • 4 pieces of bacon
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup of ground Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

In a large pot, combine zucchini, bacon, garlic, onion, water, chicken soup, salt, pepper and basil. Boil and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the zucchini tender. Mix the grape juice in portions until it becomes smooth and creamy. Top with parmesan.
