20 ways to keep writing inspiration and creativity

When pressure or blockage, it is wise to make a change so that we don't stay there. However, many times we forget some simple things we can do for ourselves, bringing our inspiration back and increasing our creativity quickly and easily.

If you often enter the first draft, please write it by hand. Nothing compares to the surge in the feeling of ink and the flow of ink into the paper.

If you spend too much time on your computer, take a break every hour. Go for a walk or just sit outside in the sun. In the winter sun, even five minutes can bring miracles to emotions and creativity.

Flip through magazines or books. Their colors and ideas will spark you and change your attitude. Blue and green can reduce your stress levels by 30% or more.

4. Add a strong smell to the room. Light the scented candles by your side, visit the Fruit Island at the grocery store, or head to a store with lots of spots. Look for an orange or strawberry and smell it. Both will change mood or create inspiration. The smell awakens your creativity. It sounds like a good way to rekindle past stories.

5. Go see or rent an inspiring movie. Relaxing time is very important. You can even take your notebook and record the inspiring stages. Then write these phrases for free from your subconscious mind.

6. Read a book that excites you or inspires your creativity. Read poetry if you like.

7. Look at the bold and bright colors for a few minutes. This will change your mood.

8. Talk to your friends about your topic, enrich your thoughts and creativity. Of course, record the conversation as they allow it and play it to hear the nuances you might miss.

9. Write an email to a friend telling him or what he wants to accomplish. If you are trapped, please speak up and ask for help.

10. Check your vibration energy and do something to switch it to high gear. Take a shower. Go out and walk. Open some music and dance naked for a few minutes.

11. Hire a virtual assistant to do some typing so you can focus on writing. You can fax or direct your writing to your computer and send her voice files to her for transcription.

12. Go to church for noon service or whisper. This will reconnect your energy to the universe and replenish what may be missing.

13. Complete an appreciation exercise. Choose something around you, like a phone, light or pen. Talk to it and tell it how much interest you have to turn on the power, have the opportunity to use the built-in ink tool, not the softness like a quill, or the paper you write. Thank you for having something that is not what you are missing. Or list the "Calculate your blessings" item.

14. Write personal notes to friends or family and tell them how much you love them and appreciate their thoughtfulness or goodwill.

15. Real, flat, original laughter frees the mind and opens the process of creativity.

16. Find an environment with lots of trees and flowers and feel the nature. If the weather permits, take off your shoes and socks and feel the grass between your toes. Nature has a way to release our spirit and reinvigorate our souls.

17. If a guilty or passing incident has caught your attention, write a letter "Dear Me" and ask yourself to forgive to relax its grip and expand your freedom.

Are you writing in a quiet place? Find a noisy place, such as McDonald's or a mall. When your space is noisy, you have to be more focused to write clearly.

19. Leisurely and leisurely drive, listen to a favorite CD. You can sing the style, no one will notice [lol].

20. Do something good for others that you wouldn't normally do and become a kind hug.

That's exciting, isn't it? Post this list in a prominent location so it's always available when you need it, preferably next to your writing area. Do one or two pieces a day and continue writing. Your reader is waiting to read your words.
