As we all know, the quality of education around the world has been low for many reasons, and our world education experts have not noticed this, including Indonesia, one of the largest countries in the world, with more schools and universities than the rest of the world. Their quality has not improved.
I think there are many factors that must be considered by our world educators in order to improve the quality of education. At least three factors can affect our education success: internal, external and instrumental factors. I believe that if we pay special attention to these three factors, our education quality will be better.
The first factor is the internal factor, which refers to the learner who is learning. It includes [a] their personal interest in learning, and [b] the motivation to embed learners who learn with other learners with similar interests. This motivation for learning is also influenced by several factors, namely the learner's learning ability, conditions, environmental conditions, dynamic elements in learning, and the teacher's efforts in teaching other than the learner. Physical condition, their mental state, their attention, attitudes and study habits, learning resilience, social and economic status, and cognitive ability.
The second factor is called an external factor and cannot be separated from the first factor that guarantees learning outcomes. This factor includes the social environment in which learners, stakeholders, and I refer to schools or universities, teachers and lecturers, and those that appear with learners. The presence of others while studying should always be consistent with the learner's purpose. They should not interfere with or prevent the activities they learn. In other words, the presence of people around the learners should support their learning experiences and activities, as well as peers, classmates from the same and different classes, school management/environmental management, Their teachers and other school staff and principals have a great influence on the learning process to illustrate the learning outcomes. Another important thing related to the success of learning is the curriculum, the structure of the curriculum, the infrastructure as a means of learning or media, and the teachers who are the designers of the learning designers. The learning outcomes supported by these devices or devices are clearly guaranteed. Tools that are readily available must be carefully designed to meet the learning activities.
In short, this is two very important factors that influence the success of learning. As a world educator and education holder, we should pay attention to ensure the success of our world education.
