10 things a son learned from his father

Pastors, although you may think that you are only teaching your son while talking to him, he has been following you since childhood and learning from your actions. Whether you think you are teaching or not, he will learn these 10 things from you.

1. How to learn
For many boys, Dad is a role model for education. If Dad is actively talking about education and continuing to pursue his own studies, then the son will think this is very important. If Dad doesn't bother to learn, his son will. Although there are many factors that can affect a boy's academic success, his father's attitude toward formal learning is a fundamental aspect.

2. How to treat women.
How the boy's father acts and talks about women will directly influence his son's perception of women. This applies to the correct and wrong way. A man who respects women will create a son who knows how to cooperate with women in the future.

3. How to compete fairly.
There are elegant ways to win and lose in both games and business. A father who lives on some old problems and "must win" in each case will create a son who imitates the same behavior. This started from the early days of life, and the angry boy started from the sandbox.

4. How to control anger.
Dealing with anger may be one thing that unites everyone on this planet. The angry boy mentioned in No. 3 above needs his father to intervene and control. Although it is normal for all men to be angry, does your son still see that you still control the anger you take?

5. How to treat others.
How do you react when you meet a homeless person on the street? Do you treat the homeless with the respect of your colleagues? People are people, and your son has learned equality from you.

6. How to make a decision.
Does your son see you asking questions, weighing choices and talking to others? Or does he only see you plunging into the unknown world? What do you want him to do after he is older?

7. How to take risks
On the other hand, are you always playing safely? Although the family should be a comfortable and safe place, the world sometimes asks your son to "be bet everything." When he thinks of you, does he think of a man who is afraid of choice or an adventurer?

8. How to prioritize.
"My child is never with his family." He learned this behavior from his father. If you give your work to your family, he will not make time for you in the future.

9. How to drink
As a father, are you proud of how much alcohol you can drink? When your child first encountered alcohol, would you like him to imitate your behavior? When he was in college, he would try to keep up with his "old man". He drank like a well-known fish. Or will your son remember his responsible father?

10. How to drive.
As an experienced driver, you may have some comfort in driving and may even make it look like a casual experience. Your teen will make an informed driving decision based on how he sees you driving. Before you realize this, he has been paying attention to your driving style. What would he recall: a casual indifferent to the road and the law or a responsible person who makes adult choices?

Dad, your child is watching you. What did he see?
