Grief and Glory

Grief and Glory

A century ago Australians and New Zealanders marked the first anniversary of the Anzac Landing, and so a long and illustrious tradition was born.

On the home front and the battle front Anzac Day became a day of remembrance - both solemn and celebratory. A Brisbane clergyman called April 25th a day of grief and glory.

This exhibition of Victoria's unseen ANZAC photographic treasures will be opened by Air Chief Marshal Sir Angus Houston AK, AC (Mil), AFC (Ret'd).
