Best meatball recipe
It can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
Ingredients
1 pound of beef, veal, pork [must be fresh]
3 big eggs
1 cup of ground Romano Locatelli cheese
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 clove of garlic - chopped
1 teaspoon salt

Mix beef/veal/pork and eggs in a large bowl. Then add breadcrumbs, cheese and salt. Finally, the chopped garlic is added in stages. Add a little garlic and mix. Add some more and mix. This way all the garlic will not end in a meatball. Now, it's time to roll up the ball. The average size is approximately 2 inches in diameter. I usually go around 18 to 20
