What is righteous thought?
Mindfulness has become a buzzword, but don't let that make you forget all the fuss. We are a strong supporter of this idea, and this is what the Oxford Dictionary says on this issue:
Mindfulness: A state of mind achieved by focusing on the moment at the moment, while calmly recognizing and accepting a person's feelings, thoughts and physical feelings.
Ok, does this sound like meditation? A bit but not complete. The purpose of meditation is to empty all your thoughts in a period of time in order to feel completely relaxed. Mindfulness is more about letting your mind do what you want, while really honing your current physiological state, no matter what might be at the time. . Although it is excessively relaxed, it also raises your concern and awareness of yourself. Ideally, you should spend time practicing mindfulness every day, even in just 10 minutes.
