Eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis - What is your reason?

Inflammatory skin diseases such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis are itchy, annoying and recurrent conditions that result in unsightly dry, red or patchy scaly skin. They are not good, everyone who suffers from these symptoms wants to get rid of them - but eczema keeps coming back, psoriasis does not disappear, and dermatitis has always existed...

In addition to sharing itching, scratching, flaking, discomfort and shame, we all feel that the affected skin is displayed in public – there are other common factors.

Skin rashes such as eczema and dermatitis, and even psoriasis may also be caused by environmental factors. When I say environmental factors, I don't mean the quality of the air, nor the pollution of the ocean, but some places closer to home. In fact, I mean the family environment - your home, your haven.

Most people, especially mothers with children, spend more than 80% of their time at home. This is where we eat, sleep, relax and relax, and where we shower, prepare and wash clothes. In doing all these things, our bodies, especially our skin, are exposed to the hundreds of different chemicals found in the products we use.

If you have any form of rash, irritation or inflammation, the first thing you should do is to look carefully at what's on your skin. Most products you buy from supermarkets or products in health food stores still contain many chemicals and allergens, even if they claim to be "organic," "natural," or "green." This type of label may mean that they contain ingredients that are good for you, but it does not mean that all ingredients that may be harmful to you have been removed.

The obvious culprit is soap, lotion and bath products. But what about the products you use in the clean bath? Do you realize that these things are still lurking in the bathtub when you soak? Or the shampoo you use is easier to absorb than your hair because it will wash off your head and run down your body?

By far the most problematic product for skin irritation is laundry detergent. If you look at this box, no product will give you a complete list of ingredients in the package. But what do they have in common? I have done some basic network research on their composition, and it is terrible.

The detergent remains in the fabric when the clothes are washed. When you wear your clothes next to your skin, this residue, as well as the "scent" associated with the newly washed clothes, rubs the skin and absorbs it into the bloodstream through the skin. How many hours do you wear clothes every day?

We all want to stop dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis - but let's face it, no one of us will stop wearing clothes, clean the room or take a shower. Therefore, we need to change the products we are using.

The products you use at home need to be chosen very carefully. There are few options on the market that can eliminate exposure to all potentially harmful ingredients. But there are safety-conscious alternatives that work. You only need to find them. Your eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis will thank you - and then disappear soon!
