What we are suggesting is the ability of the brain to recombine or reconnect its neural pathways, leading to certain wanted or unwanted behaviors or behaviors. The ability of the brain to change does not decrease with age or the duration of the problem. Many people think that when the disease first appears, it is easier to stop eating disorders early; and if you have this disease for many years, it is almost impossible to stop it.
This is not true, it is completely fake. People can stop their diet at any stage of the process because the human brain is plastic and changes with any repetitive activities we do. Now it really needs to change your mind, but it is not impossible.
The first thing to realize is that your brain tells you that things you are doing may not be correct, so there is no need to take action every time. Your brain is not your brain, you can influence it through better thoughts and actions.
Your brain is just an organ sitting between your ears. But your thoughts are what you do, the decisions you make, and the opinions you give yourself. Of course, this doesn't mean you have an abnormal brain, only unusual thoughts and behaviors lead you to have an ED. There is no doubt that your thoughts, conscious actions and thoughts can change the structure of your brain.
