Cycling to work

In this article, I will show you in detail why you should start cycling to work and share my experience of using mountain bikes as a means of transport in the past few months.

Last September, when I did a real-life check, I realized that I was in poor health. I have been trapped in the office for many years, and I usually spend at least 8 hours sitting at my desk all day in front of my computer monitor. Over time, this has started to hurt me because I noticed that I didn't have physical activity like I should, and I have started to gain weight.

So I am sure I need to take some action before I get out of control. I usually participate in various forms of sports, including mountain biking and playing in the gym in my spare time. But that's not enough; I need to be active every day, but the time is too short, I can't even exercise on my schedule every few minutes.
