Do you want to have the kind of faith that Abraham has? Every believer in Christianity wants to act in Abraham's way in order to enjoy God's help and intervention. However, many Christians are still working hard to act with confidence. The purpose of this article is to show how Abraham can act with confidence and get his answers.
[As the scripture says, "I want you to be the father of many countries"]...not weak in faith, he does not consider his body, he is already dead [because he is already a hundred years old] ], and the death of Sarah's womb. He did not fear God's promise by unbelief, but strengthened by faith, gave glory to God, and fully believed what he promised, and he could show it too - Romans 4:17-21 [NKJV].
Who is Abraham?
Abraham is a man like you and me, born to a man and a woman. However, he was chosen from others because he chose to believe in who God made him and obeyed his instructions, whether or not he made sense to him. He chose to put God and his words above everything else, including his promised son Isaac. His walk with God is the Lord's desire to be with everyone; Abraham is called a friend of God. They have a close relationship, so that without telling Abraham, God cannot destroy Sodom and Gomorrah. Abraham freely mediates these countries, and if he finds ten righteous people in countries like Abraham advocates, God is ready to forgive them. Christians call him "the father of faith" because he has confidence in the Almighty God.
His major challenges in life
As a believer living on earth, Abraham has his own challenges in life. One of the main reasons is that his wife is unable to conceive and have children. When his record with God began, he had already married his wife Sarah; therefore, he was a believer in God and he had a wife who could not have children. Many years later, God made Abraham a famous rich man; however, he still had no children. One day, God visited him and promised that he would have a son! However, it took 25 years before this became a reality. In the 25-year wait, Abraham always believed that the Lord would do exactly what he promised. Of course, according to his belief, Isaac was the age at which Sarah was born to be considered impossible to have children.
Abraham's faith walk
The main secret of Abraham's success in life is his tenacious belief in God and his words. Romans 4:17-21 explains how he accepts his son Isaac with confidence.
He has the words of God about his father.
The Lord told him that when he had no children, he would become the father of many countries, and he insisted on the word until Isaac came. What did you say to God about the situation that needs to be changed? If you don't have one, search for the scriptures and get one. Scripture is the word of God to us.
He is very hopeful
Abraham was desperate and hopeful for the Word of God. This is a desperate situation, but the words of God gave him hope. If you want God to intervene in your situation, you need hope for the Word of God. People may laugh at you, but don't be disturbed, the words of the Lord are better than their words. No matter who joins the life, there is hope. The Almighty God is alive, so anyone who joins him has hope.
He is full of confidence in hope
Abraham believed in the hope he had placed. In other words, he has confidence in the Word of God. He believes that he will become the father of many countries as God has said. His faith is strong. Before you see any change, you must trust the Lord's words about that question. Without faith, it is impossible to please God and draw his attention.
He did not consider the facts around him
Abraham did not consider the obvious facts about his or his wife's fertility. According to nature, their productive organs are dead and hopeless. When you put your thoughts on negative reports about this issue in your life, your beliefs will be degraded and make it impossible to function. Peter was working in faith while walking on the water, but he immediately thought of the violent storm around him, his belief was punctured, and he began to sink.
He gives glory to God
Abraham expressed his faith in God, and although this promise has not yet been manifested in the body, it has given glory to God. Mark 11:24 says that when you pray, you should believe that you have received your wishes and you will have it. Abraham believed that this was a completed transaction, and therefore gave God glory. If you believe, you will thank the Lord because you know that you will soon get the answer you want to pray.
6. Fully believe that God can carry out His Word
Abraham fully believed that the Lord could make him the father of many countries as he promised. He believes that God can speed up the dead and call those things that are not like them. He can accelerate him and Sarah's body and make them the father and mother of the country. God acted according to his faith, and Sarah gave birth to the promised son Isaac.
Abraham was clearly not troubled by the years gone by, because he did not stagger the promises of God, and he insisted on the Word of God until his life was fulfilled. Over the years, his hopes have been alive, his faith is strong, and he has continued to give glory to God, so that he fully believes that God will do as he promised. God is not the person he should lie; he said he would say well, and he said he would do it. Therefore, be fully convinced that God can fulfill what he said about the challenges of your life and begin to give it glory until it appears in your life.
