The law of attraction for pressing the button?

You are likely to have heard of the Law of Attraction which is used as the ultimate mind power technique. The law of attraction is that you get what you care about and think about. Thought is a form of energy, like an energy contract like energy. All forms of matter and energy are similar to vibration. Whether you want it or not, you can get your attention and energy. Focus on happiness, it is yours. Focus on preventing unhappiness and you will feel unhappy.

Your thoughts have attracted your thoughts.

Everything has taken its own nature.

Your mind is hard to tell the difference between what you think and want and what you think and don't want. Negative or lack of something is an "invalid" concept for the mind.

Although the concept of the law of attraction is straightforward, the implementation of changing ideas can be a challenge. The power of the mind is a force that is difficult to tame.

Focusing on a new positive life is more than just accepting what you want. To reach meditation, you can imagine what you want to practice for years. Wouldn't it be nice if there was an easy way to reach this stage in a few minutes instead of months?

Ok, yes.

The brain emits electrical impulses from neurons that can be measured as brain waves. Different levels of activity are associated with different levels of brain waves. Your brainwave pattern looks very different when you are deeply asleep compared to when you are dozing off.

The main brainwave states are:

Delta 0.5Hz - 4Hz deep sleep

Theta 4Hz - 8Hz sleepiness

Alpha 8Hz - 14Hz easy but alert

Beta 14Hz - 30Hz high alertness and focus

The alpha state is the state reached during meditation. How can you reach that stage more easily? Brain wave entrainment is what your brain does naturally. If your brain is exposed to the same external rhythm as its natural rhythm, the brain will actually respond to the external rhythm and begin to produce similar brain waves. This response is called a frequency following response.

One way to achieve the Alpha state is by listening to a tape or CD that follows the rhythm of the alpha state. You are not deceiving your brain. You just use what nature does to achieve the state you can imagine. You can now put the power of the law of attraction on your side. This is of course the easiest way to take advantage of real thinking skills.
