1. Classic creamy herbal soup

what do you need:

  • 5 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 cup half cream
  • 1 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of general purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • Salt and black pepper sauce

In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter, then cook onions, basil and parsley until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Reduce the heat to a low temperature, cover and cook for 8 minutes. Add chicken stock and sugar and slowly stir into a cream. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Melt the remaining butter in a separate pan, then cook the flour and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes. Approximately 1/2 cup of the soup mixture is mixed into the flour and stirred until smooth, then the flour mixture is poured into the soup. Boil, season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat. Service now.

2. Tomato Basil Soupre

what do you need:

  • 3 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 20 slices of fresh basil leaves, sliced
  • 1 3/4 cup chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cup tomato vegetable juice cocktail
  • 1 cup of thick cream
  • 1/2 cup butter

Mix the chopped tomatoes, chicken broth and tomato vegetable juice in a large saucepan. Boil and cook slowly for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves. Cool for a few minutes, then cook with a blender. Put the soup back in the pan, add the cream and butter, then cook, stir constantly, low heat until the butter melts.

3. Creamy cucumber spice

what do you need:

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup of vegetable soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a large pan, heat the olive oil, then cook the onions and garlic until tender. Add cucumber, vegetable soup and milk, then add soy sauce, curry powder, parsley, red pepper flakes, chili powder and sesame oil. Allow to boil over medium to high heat and then reduce the heat to a low temperature, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the heat source and cook for a few minutes. The soup is stirred well with a blender.
