Over the years, you may have found ways to reduce anxiety, but there is still a tendency to be ashamed and avoidant. So in fact you feel that you have not made any progress. The subconscious doesn't know the difference between real or imagined so this is used to rehearse what you want - a comfortable one, feel relaxed in the company. In this way, we are changing the avoidance behavior. Accept yourself and know that you have the right to occupy the space of the world and be counted. Make the improvements you need to make, reduce your self-awareness and embrace life. But you have to change, you have to decide to accept the change, so that you can relax with someone else, no matter what happens. It doesn't matter what anyone says or does to you, only your response can make it valuable.
