It's also important to make sure that you create and write down your goals, which can sometimes be frustrating. Only a small percentage of the world's population has actually been effectively set.
There are several ways to ensure that you consistently achieve your goals.
VIPER is a 5-step model that lists the five key steps to successfully accomplish your goals. You can use this guide when determining the goal setting process.
These five steps are:
• from
Visualization: from
Really imagine the goal. This is an important and critical step. What is the realization of this goal? How does it make you feel?
• from
Implementation: from
Implement technology to achieve the goal. What capabilities do you need to achieve this? Who can you talk to to help you? Which books or blogs can help you get the skills you need?
• from
planning: from
Differentiate planning factors according to technology. Plan now. The steps required to determine the timeline.
• from
carried out: from
Plans and goals to move on. Don't wait for the perfect moment to start. It won't happen. starting today.
• from
Summary: from
Assess revenue and future steps. Make sure you continue to measure progress. How are you? Do you need to modify your plan? Set benchmarks throughout the process and celebrate when these benchmarks are achieved.
VIPER is actually a term that can be used for several different things... snakes, car planes... powerful things. With VIPER, you'll find that it gives you the opportunity to crack the most difficult goals in the past. You never believe that a possible goal will start within your range. I personally use this framework to achieve my long-term goals and have done a lot of miracles in achieving my goals. I also combined the VIPER method with the SMART goal.
Don't let the simplicity of the model fool you. While the five steps themselves seem easy, they are at the heart of successful goal achievement, especially for the big goals of "what". And 'how'implementing them becomes subtle. Having said that, VIPER is not a miracle drug, it omits the hard work of accomplishing the goal. VIPER is not a panacea, it allows you to achieve your goals without your fingers. At the end of the day, you still need to invest time and effort into achieving your goals.
But for VIPER, you'll find that goal achievement is much simpler. It does not become a random, hit or miss event, but becomes a predictable, safe exit.
You will start to see your goal realization and want to know why you bought it for so long.
