Millennial Applicant, Baby Boomer Generation Employer

Millennials were born between 1982 and 1994. The baby boomer generation was born between 1946 and 1964. There is a disconnect between "millennials" and "baby boomers". Baby boomers value loyalty and longevity. When they review the applicable resume, they will immediately check to see if the applicant has continued their previous work for a longer period of time. why? The "baby boomer generation" comes from a period in which people find jobs and stay in these jobs for a long time.

Many baby boomers have retired after serving 30-40 years. More baby boomers are still a member of the US workforce. Economic insurance has caused a long list of concerns. These economic concerns have led to a large number of baby boomers still in the top ranks of various industries. Many employers are "baby boomers". Millennials are a generation of renters. They are short-lived. If you can find stable jobs, more millennials will buy homes. If the entire generation can participate, the housing market will greatly benefit. When looking for solutions to improve the housing market, the baby boomers chose to continue to scratch their heads. They also often wonder why the millennials who graduated from college often live with their parents. This is usually because they are underemployed or unemployed because the baby boomers' employers decided to ignore the ingenuity of the millennial generation simply because they did not stay in the job for a long time.

According to the US Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 47.2% of high school graduates over the age of 25 actually participate in the US workforce. This means that more than half of the population does not provide federal income tax to the US Treasury. This also means that those who do not participate in the labor force without paying taxes are likely to receive taxpayer-funded benefits. More contributions from our Treasury will definitely help reduce federal debt.
