Low calorie diet does not work

I have been trying low calorie diets throughout my life. guess what? I am very fat all my life! A low-calorie diet does not work at all. Of course, they may work in a very short period of time, but strictly reducing your calories will only make you more prone to over-intake and lower your metabolism.

Your body will go into starvation mode and maintain weight, which is a way to save lives. It's a good thing that our body can do this, but for those who try to lose weight by calorie counting, this is not so good. Why does the weight loss industry continue to tell us that the best way to lose weight is to calculate calories? I have met so many thin and healthy people who never count calories unless they try to increase their strength and gain muscle. What is their secret?

They are not starving! Of course, they won't swim in the vats of chocolate and cheese pizza, but they will indulge from time to time because it won't gain weight. Although the rest of us feel guilty about every bit of food that reaches our lips, we feel bad about ourselves because we are not born with endless willpower.
