Induction Cooker Troubleshooting and Error Codes (HD4928 / HD4929)

If you are angry with the newly purchased induction cooker, then you don't have to worry anymore because I have provided you with a solution. If your device or induction cooking machine is not working properly or functioning properly or the food quality is insufficient, you can read this article further. If this article does not resolve your issue, please contact your relevant brand'service center or customer service center in your country.

Now you can solve the different problems that can occur in the machine where the solution has been given.

1. When the power button does not respond to the on/off command from

 This means there is a connection problem. Check that the induction cooker is connected to the power supply and that the plug is securely plugged into the wall outlet.

2. This can happen when the device beeps continuously and suddenly stops working, if an inappropriate cookware is placed on the cooking plate, or the cookware has been removed from the cooking plate during cooking. Make sure the cookware is made of steel, iron or aluminum with a stainless steel cladding base larger than 12 cm in diameter.

3. This occurs when the cookware is not heated to the desired temperature when the bottom of the cooking appliance is not flat. So use a flat bottom cooker. If the problem persists, please consult your brand' dealer or its authorized service center.

4. When the device has not switched from one preset mode to another, in this case, turn off the machine and restart using other cooking modes.

5. When the cooking temperature of the preset mode becomes too high or too low, in this case, switch to the manual mode to better control the temperature. You can even adjust the cooking temperature in the following modes: - manual, rotary / dosa, stir fry and pressure cooking.

6. When a button in the cooking mode is pressed, the lamp of the selected mode does not emit light, in which case the lamp becomes defective. Consult your brand ' dealer or its authorized service center.

7. When the cooking temperature changes automatically in some preset modes, the cooking temperature only changes automatically in the gravy mode. For better temperature control, switch to manual mode.

8. If the fan starts working without starting the device, press the cooking mode button after pressing the center [on/off] button. If you do not press any cooking mode button within one minute, the induction cooker will turn off and the fan will continue to operate for a while to cool the machine.

Error code and its meaning

  1. E1 or E2: from

     The main sensor is in a short or open state. Consult your brand ' dealer or its authorized service center.
  1. E3 or E4: from

     When this error code is displayed on the screen, it indicates that the heat sink sensor is in a shorted or open state. Ask your brand ' dealer or its approved service center.
  1. E5 or E6: from

     The voltage is sometimes too low or too high. Wait for the voltage to stabilize and try again.
  1. E7: from

     The fan has failed. Consult your brand ' dealer or its authorized service center.
  1. E8: from

     The main sensor does not work. Ask your brand ' dealer or its approved service center.
  1. E9: from

     The fuse has failed. Ask your brand ' dealer or its supported service center.
