Beginner cooking tips - stock your kitchen

If you like cooking, want a healthy meal or just save a few dollars, then you can choose a well-stocked kitchen. The recommended item is kitchen supplies and should be part of your regular shopping list. This is a routine and you will find it easier to make a snack or prepare a meal.

In "frig"...

If you want to enjoy pasta, fancy salad, stew or simple stir-fry, pre-cooked chicken and meat. They can come to roast or steam... often in the "prepare food" section of your favorite market.

You can find pre-cut vegetables and fruits in the produce section at any time. Pre-cut vegetables, especially broccoli, broccoli and pumpkin, are perfect for tossing salads or grilling. Baking Tips... Bake the foil with aluminum foil [to clean it up] and smear the vegetables... Sprinkle with the olives on the rain... Sprinkle your favorite spices and bake for one hour. @ 375 *. From the dairy department...

According to the taste and health needs of adults and children... at the same time milk, skim or 1-2% low fat. Original yogurt can be used as is or add your favorite seasonings. Pure yoghurt can also be used as a substitute for sour cream in salad dressings and potatoes and Mexican dishes.

A good way to make your favorite Italian dish or nachos snack is to put the broken cheese on your shopping list.

Again, considering the simple and quick meal, the eggs will be listed. Omelet, egg salad, cooked and part of the "chef salad".

For the freezer

Freshness is usually best for taste and nutrition, but freezing can be convenient. A combination of all varieties and fruits and vegetables can be found in the freezer section of your market. They can be very convenient snacks or finger foods for babies, toddlers and adults. Frozen foods such as peas and blueberries provide convenient finger food for older babies and toddlers. Frozen poultry, meat and fish can be used as a main course for a variety of meals.

Don't forget to treat... ice cream... frozen yogurt... frozen 啪啪...etc.

For the food room

Pasta - Any shape or size, so you are ready to make pasta, lasagna, macaroni, cheese and soup. Consider whole wheat pasta for a healthier dish.

Beans and Beans - including lentils, red kidney beans, chickpeas, black beans and white beans. Many recipes require a version that is discharged, but the canning work is equally good and takes much less time.

My goal is not to create an all-encompassing list, because the tastes and dietary needs of the family may vary, but some basic guidance to organize your shopping thinking process.
