Avoid stress before cheerleading

The cheerleading competition was great and very stressful for each contestant. Here are some ideas on how to keep pressure levels down during competitors, coaches or parents.

First, be prepared. The best way to combat competitive pressures is to develop a routine that will be mastered and confidently completed by everyone present. From stunts to tumbling paragraphs, make sure everyone's completion time is complete before loading the van to the competition. This means ensuring the importance of practice and everyone has a practice. There is no reason. Even participants who may not feel the greatest can come in to observe and discover so that they understand any last minute changes.

Second, make sure your team is ready for what they need. Does the routine require props [flags, loudspeakers, poms, flags, etc.]? Be sure to load them into the vehicle the night before you leave.

Triple check...
