How to overcome the beginning of obesity

The first step in overcoming obesity is to determine if you are obese. Before I go any further, I want to define obesity. Traditionally, obesity is defined as a body weight that is at least 20% higher than the weight of the lowest mortality rate for an individual corresponding to a particular height, sex, and age [ideal body weight]. 20% to 40% of ideal body weight is considered mild obesity; ideal body weight over 40-100% is considered moderately obese; and 100% over ideal body weight is considered to be severe, or pathological, obese. Obesity can have a very negative impact on our lives, such as:

1. Low energy level

2. Self-confidence is very low

3. Possible health hazards

4. Unhappy

5. Depression

When overcoming obesity, you have to ask yourself a question: Is I mildly obese, moderately obese or severely obese? If the answer to these questions is "yes", what do you want to do about your obesity? People with weight gain can turn their condition into weight loss.

The primary reason for obesity is that eating habits are very bad. These are usually acquired habits for months or even years. In the process of overcoming obesity, you must first ask yourself a question: "How does obesity affect my life at the moment? Does this make me experience very low energy levels most of the time? I feel depressed and Unhappy about the time of my weight gain? "If you have answered any of these questions and say "yes", it is time to take action on this negative situation.

Most obese people will find it difficult to get rid of this situation. Most people will find themselves trapped for years. Don't let that be you. You have the ability to guide yourself in the right direction. This is not easy, but it will be very difficult to maintain your own way. This means working. This means new eating habits. This means that you decide not to be obese anymore. It's about deciding that you will be a cleaner, slimmer and healthy person. Give yourself three months to look at positive and stimulating changes. Develop good eating habits and exercise regularly. In fact, you can do this, first decide that you can be in your mind.
